Vila Vita Parc launches luxury dine-around experience – Portugal Resident
Vila Vita Parc in Porches, Lagoa has launched a new dining experience that takes guests on a guided food journey across several of the resort’s best-known restaurants in a single evening.
Called “Through Our Finest Tables”, the experience is designed as a progressive dine-around event, giving guests the chance to sample different cuisines, atmospheres and signature dishes over the course of one night.
Running between May and October, the experience is open to both hotel guests and outside visitors, with places available by advance booking only.
The evening begins at the resort’s Cave de Vinhos, an “iconic venue home to one of the country’s most impressive wine collections, with over 1,200 labels”. Guests are welcomed in an “intimate setting” with an aperitif, canapés and an introduction to the night ahead.

From there, diners are guided through three of the resort’s restaurants, with each stop offering six tasting dishes with carefully selected pairings, the resort says.
The first stop is Aladin Grill, a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant recommended by the Michelin Guide where guests will be served two tasting dishes alongside selected wine pairings selected by the sommelier.

The experience then moves to Mizu Teppanyaki, where chefs prepare Japanese-inspired dishes live in front of diners in a teppanyaki-style setting. Two signature dishes are served here, paired with sake or cocktails.

The final restaurant stop is Atlântico, another Michelin Guide-recommended venue known for contemporary Portuguese cuisine with Mediterranean influences. Guests are again served two tasting dishes with wine pairings.
The evening ends at the resort’s Oasis Bar, where guests can relax with a digestif before receiving a small keepsake linked to the experience.
According to the resort, the event was created to “offer a sophisticated and integrated perspective of the Vila Vita Parc Culinary World in a personalised format that prioritises exclusivity, attention to detail and excellence”.
Each group is accompanied throughout the evening by a dedicated staff member, with organisers promising a seamless experience between venues and detailed storytelling behind the food, wine and concepts.
The experience lasts around three hours and costs €250 per person, including all wine pairings.
Available dates include May 23 and May 30, June 6, 13, 20 and 27, September 5, 12, 19 and 26, and October 3, 10, 17, 24 and 31.
