New round of recruitment days at Apolónia supermarkets – Portugal Resident
Supermarket chain Apolónia Supermercados is set to hold a new round of recruitment events this month, with 50 job vacancies available across its Algarve stores.
The hiring sessions will take place between 10am and 6pm on Wednesday, May 13 in Lagoa, Friday, May 15 in Almancil, and Tuesday, May 19 in Galé, as the company looks to strengthen its teams ahead of the busy summer period.
Of the roles available, 20 are permanent positions and 30 are aimed at seasonal reinforcement. Jobs are open in several areas, including checkout, deli, fish counter, replenishment and butchery, with both full-time and part-time options.
“We are looking for motivated people who enjoy working with customers and want to grow with us,” says Filipe Marques, head of human resources at Apolónia. “These Open Days are also an opportunity to introduce our company culture and bring new talent into our teams.”
Applicants who attend will be able to learn more about the available roles, meet the recruitment team and get a closer look at how the company operates.
The supermarket chain says it offers a range of benefits for employees, including performance-based bonuses, an extra day off on birthdays, additional holiday days based on attendance, health insurance for permanent staff and in-store discounts.
